CMS recently purchased a new Lincoln Electric System 55 Robotic Welding Cell. The Robotic Welding Cell is a two headstock workstation designed for large sized parts that can be welded using the flexibility of reorientation. The layout of the cell can be customized to meet unique manufacturing needs. It is optimized to maximize the work envelope of the robot and easily reconfigured for future production flexibility while minimizing the floor space requirements and cost. The System 55 can dramatically enhance standard part production by improving productivity, quality and safety.
